I want a role where I can provide prompt, courteous customer support, handle transactions accurately, and stay compliant—while using my tech and documentation skills to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

I bring hands-on experience across customer-facing and operations roles, with a strong foundation in computer operations and documentation accuracy. In previous roles, I efficiently operated computer systems and photocopy machines to produce high-quality hardcopy and softcopy documents, while communicating clearly with customers on transactions and service handling.

Now as a Customer Service Officer at a bank, I deliver prompt, courteous support for banking services and self-service technologies, including opening and maintaining customer accounts, initiating transactions, and resolving complaints such as ATM issues and failed transactions.
