What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote US, UK or international opportunities in customer service, customer success, collections, telesales, appointment setting, sales development or business development.

At Redial BPO, I support US-based clients on the Optima Tax Relief campaign with IRS federal and state tax matters and available resolution or payment options. I document interactions in CRM systems and follow campaign procedures while working to customer-service and quality KPIs.

Previously, I handled outbound appointment setting at Advanced Call Center Technologies (ACT), and debt collection at Risima Shared Services, where I negotiated repayment arrangements and monitored promises to pay.
