I’m seeking full-time remote opportunities in customer support, technical support, or administration—where I can continue developing my skills, maintain accurate records, resolve enquiries quickly, and deliver a consistently professional customer experience.

I’m an Administrative & Customer Support Specialist with 6+ years of experience supporting teams and customers across healthcare, legal, retail, and customer support environments. I’m known for maintaining accurate records, coordinating operational needs, and keeping workflows running smoothly in fast-paced settings.

I’ve handled customer enquiries end-to-end, including policy/account/insurance questions, billing disputes, and technical troubleshooting. At CALLFORCE and WOOLWORTHS, I logged and managed issues in CRM systems, guided customers through step-by-step problem solving, and followed through to resolution while meeting productivity and quality KPIs.

My administrative background includes document management, meeting coordination, scheduling, and purchase order processing. I’ve also supported store and service operations with daily reporting, EOD balance checks, cash reconciliation, bookkeeping, and inventory/customer record accuracy using Microsoft Excel.

Right now, I’m actively pursuing full-time remote customer support, technical support, or administrative opportunities while continuing my professional development. I bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely—without compromising confidentiality or service quality.
