What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging, rewarding role with an established yet progressive organization—one that lets me further develop technical skills, leadership, and business acumen in the Information Technology industry.

I’m a Systems Administrator/Network Engineer Level II focused on reliable, secure operations—monitoring performance and security, auditing LAN/WAN/VLAN environments, and driving incident management through clear troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. I support mission-critical server health and connectivity by identifying source/destination issues and validating network behavior end-to-end.

I bring hands-on expertise across infrastructure and platforms, including Cisco switch/router GUI configurations, TCP/IP troubleshooting, server process management via CLI/GUI, and customer-facing technical support. I also create and maintain technical documentation such as SOP guidelines, policies, and support rules of operation to keep operations consistent and scalable.

Beyond traditional operations, I work with DevOps and security practices—DevSecOps, CI/CD, PKI, Kubernetes, and YAML—supporting continuous improvement of delivery and security controls. I’ve handled operational requirements through ticketing and workflow tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Remedy, while meeting SLAs and maintaining strong client/vendor communication.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened my analytical and technical foundation through database support and data quality work, including Oracle/SQL scripting and proprietary SAS data workflows. I’ve also provided first- and second-level help desk support, including customer assistance, account and domain user management, and 24-hour on-call technical support.
