I currently serve as an Executive Assistant supporting university leadership, managing complex calendars, meetings, and events for three Chief Executives. I handle procurement and expense management for legal, external affairs & finance teams, coordinate all travel logistics, and facilitate executive correspondence and meeting minutes for high-level and confidential meetings.
Before that, I acted as an Administrative Coordinator to the Campus President, supporting campus leadership in driving organizational strategic priorities while managing calendars, meeting/travel/expenses, and serving as Committee Chair–Student Engagement. Earlier experience includes Office Manager responsibilities across a high-volume real estate office (50–120 agents), personalized and group software training, and operations/accounting leadership using QuickBooks Online.
