Previously at AT&T Mobility, I managed administrative and operational functions across two retail locations, led scheduling and payroll coordination for 25 employees, recruited and developed staff, and reported performance results to district leadership. I also maintained confidential records, managed travel expenses, and partnered with HR, merchandising, loss prevention, vendors, union representatives, and leadership to resolve issues and execute company initiatives.

My experience also includes delivering 60+ personalized Stitch Fix client orders weekly, supporting retail operations and audits, and coordinating communications, events, fundraising, schedules, and tournament logistics for local hockey and lacrosse associations.
