At Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), I directed technology contract operations for 340 vendors and 960 active contracts representing $420M in annual spend. I established governance and controls, streamlined renewals, and introduced a parallel RFP and funding process.
In MUFG’s Business Management role, I established operating frameworks for three technology business units and automated executive dashboard reporting. Earlier, as a Lead Business Analyst, I managed the migration of 1,000 SharePoint site collections from 2007 environments to 2016.
