What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in a dynamic team where I can apply my analytical mindset, improve customer experience, and support people through social impact. I thrive on continuous improvement, creative problem-solving, and collaboration in multidisciplinary environments.

I am a proactive Sociology graduate currently completing a Master’s degree at Anglia Ruskin University, with hands-on experience supporting children and managing customer needs. I bring strong analytical thinking and a passion for understanding human behaviour to every environment I join.

As a Supervisor at Hampton Lakes Primary School, I designed and facilitated engaging activities for children aged 4–11, adapting quickly to their needs. I provided first aid, mediated conflicts, and supported positive behaviour to help create a safe and inclusive environment.

In customer-facing work at Chorus Homes, I handled customer complaints using active listening and product knowledge to identify efficient solutions. I also contributed ideas to improve communication workflows and customer experience, and I’m especially motivated by innovation, social impact, and developing ideas that strengthen community well-being.
