Proactive professional with a strong background in education and customer service.
What I'm looking for
I am a proactive and adaptable professional with a solid foundation in fostering supportive and engaging environments, gained through my experience as a Learning Support Assistant. My background also includes valuable customer service experience, where I dealt directly with customers in both face-to-face settings and in a supervisory capacity. This has allowed me to demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities.
My BA in Theology & Religion from the University of Birmingham has equipped me with critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills. I approach challenges with a well-reasoned and open-minded perspective. Due to childcare responsibilities, I am now seeking a full-time remote opportunity where I can leverage my diverse transferable skills to contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.
