At Enterprise Mobility, I lead full-lifecycle ServiceNow delivery across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, CMDB, CSM, and SPM. I build integrations that connect the platform with enterprise systems and automate employee workflows.
I strengthen CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping through CI modeling, relationship mapping, IRE rules, and data governance. I also develop reusable automations and custom solutions with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and JavaScript.
At NASA, I expanded the platform into ITOM by deploying Discovery processes, MID Servers, and connectivity across secured network boundaries. I also improved CMDB quality and introduced Service Mapping for applications and supporting infrastructure.
At Boeing and Bank of America, I developed and refined ServiceNow ITSM workflows, automation, data processes, and platform configurations. Earlier, as a Cybersecurity Analyst at Lagos State Teaching Hospital, I monitored systems and security events and supported access controls and security compliance.
