In my customer support internship experience, I assisted with responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media. I also supported ticket handling and issue tracking, escalated complex issues to senior team members, and maintained professionalism throughout every interaction.

Technically, I’m tech-savvy and comfortable with communication tools and Google Workspace. I have basic knowledge of CRM tools and ticketing systems, and I’m ready to ramp up quickly on tools like Zendesk, Slack, and Intercom to improve speed and quality of support.
