What I'm looking for

I seek a supportive team role in customer support where I can grow skills, handle customer queries empathetically, contribute to process improvements, and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

I am a motivated and detail-oriented customer support professional focused on delivering empathetic, timely resolutions and excellent user experiences. Through remote teaching and extensive youth leadership roles, I have strengthened communication, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities while adapting quickly in team-driven environments.

I have led district-level youth initiatives and coordinated community projects, developing event and project management, public speaking, and collaboration skills. I am eager to apply my customer service, Microsoft Office, and multitasking capabilities to contribute as a Customer Support Intern and continue learning professionally.
