What I'm looking for

I’m looking for full-time or part-time remote opportunities worldwide where I can deliver efficient, professional email and chat support, manage schedules and meetings, and use CRM tools to provide a consistently customer-first experience.

I’m a motivated, detail-oriented entry-level Virtual Assistant and Customer Support Specialist with a strong foundation in digital communication and client-facing support. I’m eager to provide efficient, professional assistance in a remote environment where responsiveness and accuracy matter.

I work confidently across email and chat support, composing and managing client inquiries with professionalism. I’m familiar with CRM workflows using Zendesk and HubSpot to track customer interactions and tickets, and I apply a customer-first mindset to help deliver positive experiences.

I also coordinate schedules and virtual meetings using Google Calendar and Zoom, and I support remote collaboration with Slack and Microsoft Teams. Through self-initiated personal projects and ongoing self-study (Coursera, Udemy, ALX), I’ve built strong written communication, time management, and productivity habits with Google Workspace tools.
