I’m a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment across remote and cross-functional teams. I source, assess, and place high-quality candidates across HR, Sales, Administrative, Creative, and Tech roles.

I’m skilled in building talent pipelines, optimizing hiring workflows, and leveraging ATS platforms to keep recruitment operations efficient and accurate. I support data-driven hiring decisions using recruitment metrics like Time-to-Fill and structured candidate tracking.

In my intern roles, I’ve run resume screening and candidate assessments, coordinated interviews across distributed teams and time zones, and maintained clear candidate communication to improve the overall candidate experience. I also build hiring-ready processes by supporting offer process preparation and recruitment documentation.

I bring strong stakeholder communication and a methodical approach to recruitment strategy, supported by training in recruitment & selection, HR foundations, employee development, and employee relationship & engagement.
