What I'm looking for

I seek a role leading end-to-end TA and onboarding where I can apply data-driven recruitment, improve candidate experience, and scale graduate programs.

I am a result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with over five years' experience designing and delivering recruitment solutions across Oil & Gas, FMCG, Telecoms, Finance, Manufacturing, and start-ups in Nigeria. I lead end-to-end hiring, stakeholder engagement, and recruitment analytics to align talent strategies with business goals.

I have built and scaled graduate trainee programs, led hiring and onboarding for 200+ graduates, and deployed candidate welfare programs, interview feedback tracking, and new-joiner surveys to improve retention and employer brand.
