What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver excellent client service, solve problems quickly, and handle accurate documentation. I want a team that values communication, empathy, and dependable follow-through while offering room to grow.

I’m a customer service and client services professional who thrives both independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on communication, problem-solving, and people-first service. I bring an enthusiastic, empathetic approach—always aiming to make every interaction smooth, respectful, and efficient.

In my current role, I provide VIP experience to each customer and support service delivery through friendliness, empathy, quality service, and speed of service when efficient. I consistently follow through to ensure customers feel heard and supported from start to finish.

Previously, I worked as a General Clerk where I produced digital copies of documents for retention purposes, supported quality assurance, and contributed to meeting deadlines that resulted in bonuses. I also performed some data entry, strengthened organization, and handled documentation workflows reliably.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Garnishment Clerk for the Circuit Court of Alabama, preparing and processing garnishment payments, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and handling earnings disclosures and responses to writs of garnishment. I also coordinated phone meetings with judges over case concerns and communicated with internal and external customers, and I started with Office Assistant experience that included data entry, inbound/outbound calls, errands, and administrative support.
