I’m looking for a fast-paced role in customer support or administrative operations—remote or hybrid—where I can manage high-volume communications, keep digital records accurate and confidential, resolve issues professionally, and stay on top of schedules and deadlines.

I’m a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative with extensive experience supporting operations in high-volume, fast-paced environments, including remote and hybrid settings. I manage inbound communications, maintain accurate digital records with strict confidentiality, and deliver customer-focused support through phone and virtual channels.

In my current call center role with Montgomery County Parking Citation Services, I provide accurate citation, payment, and appeal information, enter and maintain digital records in county databases, and prepare documentation for court dockets. Earlier, as an Administrative Assistant / Document Clerk, I organized electronic client files, coordinated virtual and in-person meetings, and supported workflow continuity during the pandemic—backed by bilingual English/Spanish skills and ongoing B.S. work in Accounting with a forensic focus.
