I've built and governed enterprise documentation for Gainwell Technologies, formerly Molina Healthcare, supporting Medicaid operations and complex healthcare systems in a highly regulated environment.

I translate regulatory requirements, business rules, system changes, and technical processes into practical SOPs, workflows, job aids, reference guides, training materials, and knowledge base content. I work closely with analysts, developers, compliance specialists, trainers, operational leaders, customer service teams, and subject matter experts to clarify requirements and close content gaps.

I manage documentation through review, version control, approval, publication, and ongoing maintenance, keeping controlled SharePoint content current, accessible, and organized. My work has supported knowledge transfer, usability, and audit readiness aligned with CMS, HIPAA, and internal requirements.

Alongside technical documentation, I guide authors and projects from acquisition through publication as an editor at City Owl Press and create instructional, web, editorial, and client-facing content as an independent consultant.
