What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise customer success and healthcare technology relationships, driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and scalable customer programs while taking on increasing people-leadership responsibility.

At the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, I lead enterprise relationships across state education and health departments, healthcare systems, higher education, and nonprofits implementing Mental Health First Aid programs. I've contributed $1.5M+ in expansion revenue, recovered $500K+ in outstanding invoices, and maintained 98% CSAT.

I build scalable customer-success programs, from 90-day onboarding and implementation frameworks to customer education supporting a national network of 12,000+ instructors. I also lead readiness and change management for the National Council Navigator transition and mentor five Customer Advocates.
