Managed relationships with a 29-organization partner network across 10 sectors, building tracking, communications, and evaluation infrastructure from scratch. Recruited, trained, and coached volunteer leaders, and planned community events including disaster response coordination.

Managed new client intake, case documentation, and conflict-of-interest checks for a high-volume family law caseload using MyCase. Maintained confidentiality, tracked billable time with Timeslips, and served as primary point of contact between attorney, clients, and court coordinators.

Served in a year-round program role for seven years, developing and coordinating TBRI-informed educational and enrichment programming. As Camp Director, managed a multi-week day camp program with 60+ participants and staff, and helped plan the annual gala fundraising event.

Delivered in-home, trauma-informed behavioral health support and coaching to families and children in foster care. Built a client support program and its evaluation tools from the ground up, and presented trauma-informed trainings to the community.

Managed an independent caseload using myAvatar, administering the CANS Assessment to inform treatment plans. Taught coping and life skills to children, provided parent training, and coordinated with school districts and agencies, adapting to telehealth during COVID-19.

Coached and supervised a team of up to 5 staff in a residential program, completing yearly performance reviews and weekly supervision. Maintained structured documentation, policies, and quality-control procedures.

Independently facilitated camp structure for twenty staff and twelve children at a one-week camp. Taught trauma-informed coaching strategies and led daily staff debriefing sessions.

Provided hands-on care and support at a medical orphanage during a two-week international placement, adapting quickly to a new cultural and operational environment.

Worked in customer-facing retail sales roles throughout college, totaling 3–4 years of direct sales experience, including a Shift Manager role. Met and exceeded sales targets through direct customer interaction, upselling, and needs-based recommendations.

Led educational programming for 200 students and trained 85 childcare providers during a monthlong international nonprofit placement.

CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification in progress with the Project Management Institute.
