What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead youth- and education-focused programs where I can build partnerships, design meaningful programming, mentor young people, and improve outcomes through strong systems and culturally responsive support.

I'm currently managing and improving three youth development programs at the Organization for Refugee and Immigrant Success, serving 26 participants ages 14–22. I build partnerships with local schools, nonprofits, and new American families while providing culturally responsive mentoring and direct support.

Previously, I led educational and student-interest programs at Ridge RTC and Uncommon Schools, supervising teams, designing curricula, tracking outcomes, and managing a $15,000 program budget. My work also includes international youth programming, cross-cultural communication, and project-management systems.
