What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my classroom, curriculum, and digital-learning experience to designing accessible, data-informed learning experiences that help diverse learners build understanding and confidence.

I am a Georgia Level 4 professionally certified educator and Pennsylvania PreK-4 certified teacher with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and a B.A. in Spanish. I am currently pursuing an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology with a concentration in Instructional Technology and Training.

I have two years of lead classroom experience teaching second- and third-grade students across English language arts, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies. In this role, I designed standards-aligned lessons, assessments, slide decks, digital resources, differentiated activities, and project-based learning experiences. I also analyzed student-performance data, monitored progress, adjusted instruction, and collaborated with teachers, families, instructional coaches, and school leaders.

My additional experience includes providing academic tutoring in online and in-person environments, mentoring adult learners with disabilities, supporting university students, and creating inclusive educational programming. These experiences strengthened my ability to explain complex information clearly, adapt resources for different learner needs, facilitate virtual learning, and build supportive relationships.

I am especially interested in instructional design, customer education, curriculum development, virtual training, edtech implementation, onboarding, and student success. I am continuing to build expertise in online instruction, learning management systems, web accessibility, Universal Design for Learning, digital citizenship, and responsible uses of generative AI. I hope to join a fully remote, collaborative organization where I can combine my education experience with technology to create accessible and engaging learning experiences.
