What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead educator learning, digital curriculum implementation, and instructional design work that helps teachers apply practical, research-backed strategies in inclusive K–6 learning environments.

I've led Crestmont School's adoption of IXL Math across grade levels, training faculty on implementation, individualized learning paths, and assessment reporting. I also guide lower-school curriculum, facilitate professional learning on IEP implementation and inclusive practices, and support responsible use of AI instructional tools.

I've delivered virtual graduate-level instruction for teacher credential candidates at Touro University School of Education and contributed to faculty development through Peralta Community College District's FDIP fellowship. Across K–6 instruction, special education support, curriculum design, and adult learning, I translate research-backed pedagogy into practical sessions for educators and instructional staff in English and Spanish.
