Lisa Lee

I am an accomplished elementary educator with experience creating engaging, technology-enhanced classrooms that improve student learning outcomes and support diverse learners. I have developed individualized learning plans and collaborated with colleagues to align lessons with state standards.

I built a virtual learning environment for remote students and provided one-on-one tutoring to strengthen English language skills, helping students build confidence and academic skills. My classroom practice emphasizes differentiated instruction, critical thinking, and problem-solving activities.

Across substitute, tutoring, and full-time teaching roles I have consistently implemented classroom management strategies and technology integration—using online quizzes and video lessons to increase engagement. I train and mentor newer staff and design lessons that meet varied learner needs.

I hold a Master of Science in Learning Technologies and Designs and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. I am dedicated to fostering student growth, building positive relationships with families, and continuing to refine curriculum and instructional practices.
