What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an instructional design role where I can create accessible, learner-centered digital learning experiences, apply research-based design methods, collaborate remotely with stakeholders, and use feedback and data to improve learning outcomes.

I've designed online learning modules, storyboards, facilitator resources, participant guides, job aids, assessments, rubrics, and evaluation plans through graduate instructional design projects at Purdue University.

In K–12 classrooms at Lafayette School Corporation and Paramount Schools of Excellence, I aligned measurable objectives, content, activities, assessments, and feedback to learner needs and academic standards. I organized course materials in Canvas LMS and Google Classroom, reviewed content for accuracy and accessibility, and used learner data to improve instruction.

I'm transitioning into instructional design with an M.S. in Curriculum & Instruction focused on Educational Technology, bringing experience in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, multimedia learning, stakeholder collaboration, and iterative content improvement.
