What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative K–12 role where I can lead curriculum implementation, deliver teacher coaching, and scale hands-on STEM learning while supporting professional growth and student achievement.

I am a K–12 educator with experience designing standards-aligned STEM and science curriculum and leading grade-level teams. I have taught second and third grade classrooms, supported interventions, and introduced technology platforms like Zearn to improve student math outcomes.

As a team chair and instructional leader, I have led meetings, coordinated curriculum implementation, mentored new teachers, and delivered professional development on instructional technology and classroom strategies. I also developed a school-wide science program and ensured teachers had aligned materials for experiments and lessons.

My background includes practical experience across multiple elementary schools, summer charter work, and volunteer roles supporting youth programs. I bring a collaborative, student-first approach and a track record of improving classroom engagement through hands-on STEM experiences.
