I’m looking for an office, customer service, administrative support, or community support position where I can apply my communication, organization, hospitality, logistics, and finance experience to support customers, teams, and daily operations.

I’m a reliable, adaptable professional with 13+ years of hospitality, logistics, finance, and business experience, focused on keeping daily operations running smoothly. In guest services leadership, I handled guest and parent questions in Russian, English, and Turkish, resolved issues calmly, and supported child safety with incident documentation, attendance tracking, and activity planning.

Before that, I led logistics workflows for 19 staff members, helping prevent stock shortages and overstock by tracking product supply and delivery needs.
