I am a customer-focused operations and support specialist with over three years of experience in hospitality and service environments, fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English. I deliver reliable front-desk, administrative, and guest-facing support in remote, hybrid, and on-site roles.

At Holiday Inn Express & Suites I managed high-volume customer interactions—handling reservations, payments, deposits, and guest enrollments—while independently maintaining daily operations in the absence of on-site management. I also supported inventory, basic marketing, and trained new employees.

Previously, I provided multilingual customer and administrative support at Radisson Blu Hotel in Bremen and delivered front-desk and operations support at a Hilton location in Kyiv, coordinating guest requests, scheduling, and accurate documentation across multiple property management systems.
