At Howard Financial, I roll out systems end to end, from SOPs and training to follow-through, and design AI training for 120 people across three teams. I also built an invoicing bot that saves 20+ hours of work monthly and partner with developers in Jira to ship internal tools.

Previously, I built training programs at Global Authenticity and led a distributed team of seven at Younity. At Avianca, I built KPI dashboards and reporting cadences for VPs; my earlier teaching and coaching work shaped how I design training as repeatable programs that help teams adopt new processes.
