At Blu Power Solutions, I scaled a 60+ employee learning program (90% pass rate), built an automated employee referral system, and created a centralized HR information system used daily by HR and leadership. I also trained ~270 agents across 9 consecutive cohorts at Webhelp, and I co-found an ecommerce venture where I own platform, operations, and R&D end-to-end.
My work sits at the intersection of process design, automation, and people operations. I turn fragmented, manual workflows into scalable, self-running systems — in whatever area of the business needs it most.
