Led the design of cross-functional people and process solutions to support operational efficiency and organizational scaling. Architected an end-to-end employee referral automation and a centralized employee information system, and standardized recruiter-candidate communications via automated workflows to reduce administrative overhead.

Led a web platform and end-to-end operations, technical setup, and R&D for an ecommerce venture in pivot and rebuild. Managed product research, platform architecture, operational workflows, and iterative business strategy in a lean, founder-led environment.

Designed and scaled a CEFR-aligned English proficiency program (A1–C2) reaching 60+ employees, enabling internal promotion tracks with a 90% pass rate. Built a centralized hiring tracking system and a people analytics layer to replace manual reporting with always-on visibility for workforce planning and training decisions.

Led onboarding and product training for 9 consecutive agent cohorts (~270 agents trained) while upskilling supervisors, quality analysts, and internal trainers. Owned performance management end-to-end, including reviews, coaching, conflict resolution, and team development, aligned with business priorities.

Coordinated the design and delivery of BPO training programs aligned with organizational priorities and industry standards. Led and mentored trainers to ensure consistent execution and closed performance gaps using data-driven assessment and continuous program refinement.

Provided real-time simultaneous and consecutive interpretation across technical, legal, medical, and diplomatic contexts. Maintained strict confidentiality and ethical standards while handling varied accents, dialects, and complex subject matter.

Built and ran the academy’s English curriculum end-to-end, including recruiting, training, and developing teaching staff. Managed enrollment, academic progress, budget, and resources, and led marketing and client outreach to support growth.

Delivered English instruction across academic, corporate, and K-12 settings. Adapted teaching approach for different learner groups while supporting consistent lesson delivery and learning progress.
