At Elsevier, I lead end-to-end RFX and ISQ coordination for revenue-critical opportunities across Sales, Legal, Product, Technology, Pricing, Privacy, and Health InfoSec. I enabled $7,963,423.02 in secured customer revenue by coordinating high-stakes due diligence for Health accounts.

I built Elsevier’s first centralized RFX/ISQ coordination framework, creating repeatable intake, tracking, templates, SOPs, and visibility for complex customer questionnaires. I translate internal legal, security, and product positions into accurate customer-ready responses while protecting compliance and organizational risk posture.

Previously, I managed contract lifecycle processes, vendor documentation reviews, reporting, training, and workflow improvements at Elsevier. I also supported litigation and advocacy work as a Senior Paralegal, managing 100+ matters and building case-tracking systems that improved productivity and reporting accuracy.
