At the University of Washington, I built and refined the Incentive-Based Budgeting financial model, translating revenue, expense, and cost-pool requirements into model components and business rules. I also mapped current and future processes and documented data lineage to support alignment across a 47-department rollout.
I validated financial data by reviewing SQL queries, analyzing variances, and examining Workday data cubes, identifying five critical discrepancies that improved model accuracy. I also developed training materials for stakeholders across the rollout.
Earlier, at KeelWorks Foundation, I led discovery for an HRIS-integrated Salesforce application and improved newsletter automation and CRM list management, increasing open rates to 47% and reducing bounce rates by 40%. At Accenture, I worked across SAP systems analysis and migrations, including work that reduced downtime and user effort.
