At Celigo, I owned documentation for the Templates and Connectors area of its iPaaS product, covering integrations, configuration, and product workflows. I partnered with Product Managers and subject matter experts to create REST API documentation, FRDs, and Help Center content.

I built Claude Skills to automate Jira-based documentation workflows and flag completeness and consistency issues before review. I also used Claude to transform legacy Zendesk content ahead of its migration into MadCap Flare.

At Priority Commerce (formerly Finxera), I documented CFTPay, CFTConnect, and Passport, producing product and API guides and publishing version-controlled content on GitHub using Markdown. Earlier, at Cognizant Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I created user guides and interactive demos for stakeholders in Finance and Healthcare.
