I'm currently creating and maintaining user guides, online help, release notes, and training content for Greenway Health healthcare products through Mobile Programming. My task-based documentation translates product workflows into concise, usable instructions.

I collaborate with SMEs, product owners, developers, QA, and reviewers in Agile sprints to gather requirements, validate UI behavior, track work in Jira, and close content gaps. For Prime Suite EHR, I developed role-based end-user documentation and release notes that supported a reported 25% reduction in user queries.

I author modular, multi-format content in MadCap Flare, Oxygen XML, and Microsoft Word, using structured and topic-based writing practices. I also work with Markdown, Git/GitHub concepts, REST/JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger, DITA/XML, and information architecture.

Earlier, I created product training documents and user guides for Ulipsu at Kidvento Education and Research, and developed guides, storyboards, scripts, and LMS/CMS learning content at BYJU'S Think & Learn. Across healthcare, SaaS, and education products, I focus on making complex workflows easier to understand and use.
