I worked with product, business analysis, sales, support, development, design, and QA teams throughout the Agile SDLC. I validated features through end-user testing and created product training materials, business case studies, and standardized documentation templates.
At Cyient Ltd, I worked on automotive products, including Autopath (JohnDeere), and created user guides, training materials, and technical publications. I led and scaled a technical writing team from 3 to 13 members, and used Claude Code to create a release notes generator.
