I've spent more than 10 years creating product documentation for organizations including Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax), IMImobile, Magnitude Software, and Excelsoft Technologies.

At Tungsten Automation, I create and maintain technical specifications, administrator and user guides, online help, release notes, and fix-pack ReadMe files. I also migrate legacy content to DITA, maintain release pipelines for automated publishing, and resolve documentation-related support cases.

I use Claude AI for user-story documentation, release notes, and content review, and work with XMetaL, Oxygen XML Editor, Oxygen Positron, and DITA. My documentation is structured for localization and international audiences.

I've also created API documentation, quick-start and troubleshooting guides, instructional videos, product demos, process flowcharts, and single-sourced documentation projects. I work closely with SMEs, developers, stakeholders, and product teams in agile environments.
