I’m a dedicated healthcare customer service professional with over 8 years of experience in patient care and 5 years in emergency communications. I’m known for managing high-pressure environments while communicating effectively with diverse populations.

In my SICU Nursing Assistant role at the VA Hospital, I supported registered nurses with direct patient care in a Surgical Intensive Care Unit serving veteran patients. I helped with activities of daily living, addressed patient concerns promptly for comfort and safety, and maintained a clean, organized, sterile environment in line with hospital standards.

Earlier, as a Dispatcher Assistant for the New Haven Police Department, I managed high-volume emergency and non-emergency phone lines and triaged calls to the appropriate personnel. I coordinated tow truck dispatch for incidents requiring vehicle removal and processed incident reports to reduce backlog, all while staying composed in fast-paced, time-sensitive situations.

Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, I bring a deeper understanding of patient needs to every interaction. I aim to deliver empathetic, patient-centered support and strengthen communication across teams.
