What I'm looking for
I’m a healthcare professional with several years of experience in patient support, front desk operations, and customer service. I bring strong communication, organization, and patient-focused empathy to create a welcoming experience while staying efficient in fast-paced medical environments.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I’ve supported high patient volumes in women’s health units and delivered judgement-free, compassionate care. I handled admissions and discharges, removed catheters and IV lines under supervision, communicated promptly with clinical teams about concerns, and maintained accurate, timely documentation in Epic EMR.
Beyond direct care, I also performed non-clinical, patient-facing responsibilities such as answering phones, assisting with patient paperwork, coordinating communication between staff and patients, and scheduling appointments. Earlier roles expanded my customer service foundation—helping customers through calls, problem solving, and administrative tasks—skills I bring directly to patient representative work.
What I value most is making patients feel seen, supported, and cared for the moment they arrive. I’m currently pursuing my Bachelors of Science with the intention to continue toward a career as a Physician Assistant in women’s healthcare, and I’m eager to apply my medical terminology, HIPAA awareness, and calm-under-pressure approach to improve every visit.
