My track record includes building Performance Management Systems from the ground up (from manual Excel-based forms to fully automated, organization-wide rollouts), executing Training Needs Analyses and succession planning frameworks, developing in-house learning catalogs and trainer pools at zero cost, and launching employer-branding initiatives that grew LinkedIn audiences from a few thousand to over 85,000 followers. I've also built custom HR tools — including an in-house HR cloud application and multiple HR/training dashboards — to support data-driven decision-making.
