I’m a Production Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience in application, technical, and product support for live agritech systems, APIs, databases, and data workflows. I’ve resolved 3,500+ tracked issues, with approximately 90% closed without L2 or developer escalation, combining fast triage with clear, escalation-ready documentation.

I use MySQL and Python automation alongside Linux/Ubuntu, Docker, and AWS to investigate and repair production incidents. I authored 500+ MySQL queries and built 50+ Python/Jupyter notebooks to extract, validate, and fix data—cutting remediation from 15–20 minutes to about 20 seconds and reducing a 30-query workflow from about 30 minutes to 3–4 minutes.

I also own release testing and delivery support, planning and executing testing for 20+ pre-production builds across multiple feature areas. In addition, I’ve trained and mentored 8 junior support engineers through onboarding, creating 15+ English troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and runbooks while delivering feature demonstrations.
