I’m a Computer Information Systems professional with hands-on enterprise IT experience spanning IT infrastructure, enterprise systems support, network administration, access control, and cybersecurity. I’m ISC² Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), and I apply practical exposure to IT audit principles, information security governance, and risk management.

In my BIS Intern role at Rainbow Tourism Group, I supported 24/7 hotel operations across six properties by delivering first- and second-line service desk support for OPERA PMS, ACCPAC Financial System, Belina Payroll, and MICROS POS. I also led a Preventative Maintenance & Infrastructure Optimisation Project—performing Windows 10/11 compliance checks, antivirus verification, UPS capacity assessments, server room clean-ups, and network cabinet upgrades—then produced a formal prioritised upgrade roadmap based on lifecycle management and security best practices.

I combine audit discipline with real technical delivery, administering user accounts and implementing role-based access control (RBAC) via Active Directory, plus logical and physical access support through Visionline and VingCard systems. I built and deployed the RTG Enterprise AI Policy Assistant prototype (Sky RTGGuide)—a RAG-based web application using Python, vector embeddings, and Chroma DB on Vercel—and I’m eager to contribute across IT operations, technical support, cybersecurity, and audit functions.
