What I'm looking for

I seek a challenging IT role managing systems and networks where I can enhance infrastructure reliability, security, and continuity while mentoring teams and supporting business-aligned IT solutions.

I am an IT professional with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Management Information Systems and ongoing Master of Commerce studies in Information Systems Management, combining technical expertise with business understanding.

I have progressive experience as an ICT Officer (Systems and Networks) with responsibility for SAP administration, backups, disaster recovery, server and network administration, and cybersecurity across distributed depots.

Previously I served as Network and Hardware Administrator and Hardware and Network Technician, delivering WAN/LAN support, hardware repairs, router and firewall configuration, and user training while supervising technicians and interns.

I am results-driven, focused on system integrity, data security, and operational continuity, with experience implementing QMS for ISO9001, administering Microsoft 365, VMware, Fortigate, Sophos, and supporting SAP modules.
