I am a cybersecurity and IT support professional with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 environments, endpoint management, identity and access administration, and helpdesk support. I hold Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate and certifications in cybersecurity fundamentals, OSINT, digital forensics, ethical hacking basics, and AI security and governance.
