I am an experienced Information Technology specialist with hands-on expertise in network administration, system administration, cybersecurity, and user training. I have consistently delivered technical support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure optimization across corporate and service environments.

At Pro group of companies I oversee IT operations including data center management, ERP systems, network infrastructure, procurement, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to align IT solutions with business objectives.

Previously I managed network services and a support team as a Network Administrator and Service Delivery Supervisor, maintaining SLAs, monitoring performance, and improving service quality.
