I’m looking to join a dynamic call center team where I can deliver exceptional service, handle high-volume calls, resolve inquiries accurately in CRM, and grow through coaching while helping improve customer experience.

I’m a dedicated, customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and proven ability to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls. I bring a consistent approach to resolving customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

In my Customer Service Representative role at Advantage Communication (flow care account), I handled inbound calls, addressed customer inquiries, and resolved issues efficiently. I document customer interactions in CRM systems with attention to detail, and I work to meet and exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

I also develop strong customer relationships through my retail experience as a Sales worker at my mom variety shop (Miss Cunnies Shop). I assisted customers with product selection and purchases, managed transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy, and contributed to repeat business and customer loyalty.

I’m comfortable in fast-paced environments and bring a practical blend of active listening, empathy, conflict resolution, and problem-solving. I enjoy collaborating with teams to improve processes, and I’ve supported growth by training new employees on customer service protocols and sales techniques.
