What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote customer support work where I can help customers through written channels, follow requests through to resolution, and support teams across time zones, including night and weekend shifts.

At ENAM – Ottotek İnşaat A.Ş., I handled written requests from suppliers and internal teams, tracked each one to completion, and escalated delays with clear documentation. I also updated order, delivery, and pricing records and prepared regular reports using Excel.
