What I'm looking for
I am a customer support–focused professional with an educational background in Information Technology and hands-on training in chat and email support workflows using Zendesk and HubSpot.
I have strong written and verbal communication skills, handle customer inquiries in structured support environments, and am fluent in English (C1) with proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3).
I am highly motivated to grow in a customer support role, with formal coursework including Inbound Service Fundamentals, HubSpot Academy, and Zendesk foundational training.
