What I'm looking for
I am a human resources professional with a BSc in Organisational & Industrial Psychology and practical HR experience from Ecobank's Developmental Internship Programme.
I use data-driven approaches—SPSS, HRIS reporting, and HR analytics—to design evidence-based talent solutions that align people, processes, and products.
During my internship I screened over 120 candidate profiles, supported more than 350 employees, coordinated payroll and benefits, and managed HR administration, onboarding, and training logistics.
I aim to build measurable frameworks for business success and continuous growth, grounded in compliance with corporate governance and local labour law.
