What I'm looking for

I seek HR roles where I can apply organisational psychology to improve employee wellbeing and performance, contribute to recruitment and HR administration, and grow in people-centred, collaborative teams.

I am a Bachelor of Science (Hons) graduate in Organisational and Industrial Psychology with practical HR experience, including a Human Resources internship at Sally Mugabe Central Hospital and prior roles as an insurance agent. I have conducted research on employee wellbeing and performance and bring strong attention to detail, administrative competence, and experience in recruitment, salaries administration, labour relations and client-facing advisory work.

I am organised, adaptable and committed to applying psychological principles to improve workplace outcomes, enhance employee wellbeing and support organisational goals. I offer hands-on HR administration skills, experience customising client solutions in insurance sales, and a record of academic achievement across psychometrics, personnel psychology and quantitative research methods.
