I am an experienced Human Resources professional with progressive responsibility across HR operations, employee relations, performance management and training. I have worked in mining, agriculture and public-health-focused NGOs, bringing cross-sector HR experience.

At Nanyi Mineral Resources I manage skills profiling, talent development, payroll processing using Belina, performance data management and quarterly reporting to the Board. I develop competency profiles for critical roles, consolidate incentive-scheme inputs and facilitate employee training.

Previously at Harvest Africa I led employee relations, salary processing with Belina, staffing planning, compliance and mentoring of subordinates while optimizing internal processes and supply chain functions. At Population Services International I supported district health program planning, stakeholder coordination and capacity building for community health workers.

I hold a Bachelor (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Community Psychology and a Diploma in Human Resources Management, and I am dedicated to ethical, organized HR delivery that supports organizational goals and stakeholder engagement.
